Shipping policy

We currently offer shipping within the United States through the following methods:

- Economy: Free, with estimated delivery in 5–8 business days.
- Standard: $9.99 USD, with estimated delivery in 3–5 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and accepted by the carrier. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, peak seasons, or address issues.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.

When tracking is available, it will be sent with the shipping confirmation. If a package appears delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us using the support details in your order confirmation.
